It's always going to be a work in progress, but I'm finding that it really is just about that honesty and sincerity (you're so right violet). If you can incorporate that into everythign you do, plus say that you're having fun doing it, then that's what it's all about. It's one thing to try to establish a personal brand on your blog, but it should never be at the expense of compromising who you are as a person. You'll have to keep me posted on your progress.
